During my Easter vacation, I had a great time staying at a hotel with amazing amenities. The hotel had fantastic décor and great rooms with excellent views of the surroundings. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We were able to enjoy lovely walks and bike rides in the area.
The negative aspects of our stay cannot be ignored. We were promised a room with a hot tub, but upon arrival, there was no hot tub.

The hotel had two swimming pools, one indoor and the other one outdoors. Both areas were well-maintained and clean. the hotel location was key, with easy access to local shops and public transport. the hotel offered a good breakfast buffet with a variety of options.
The shower facilities were old and rusty, and should have been replaced a long time ago. After addressing the issue with the hotel staff, they were quite unhelpful and rude, leaving us disappointed with the service we received.

The accommodation we booked promised a luxurious hot tub, but upon our arrival, we were misled. We were met with rusty showers, where it was apparent that upgrades were needed, and terrible manners from the management didn't help the situation. Sadly, no breakfast was served, it was a significant inconvenience to get proper food in the remote area.
The support we received was inadequate and made us feel unimportant as if our money didn't matter.
